Account Executive, Mid Market, Uber for Business

Uber for Business has rapidly expanded and is positioned to be the next growth engine for Uber. We are looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals, with a clear passion (and resourcefulness) for growing partnerships for Uber for Business in the DACH Region. About the job: Sign new logos in the Mid-Market segment (1000-5000 employees) Own full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close for Mid-Market accounts (1,000-5,000 employees) Generate and convert new business pipeline through outbound, referrals, and partnerships Identify and engage key decision-makers across HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations Position Uber for Business value proposition tailored to company mobility, meals, and expense needs About you: 3+ years recent experience of new business development Native-level German speaker with excellent spoken and written English Strong prospecting, pitching, and closing skills Sincere, meticulous, adaptable, and dedicated team-player who gets energy from building businesses Ability to negotiate pricing with a focus on retaining value Experience with Salesforce is a plus Hospitality & Tourism Background preferred You're the kind of person calling their Grandma on her birthday ~~ ~~ Ready to Ride?
