Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Executive (Multi-Product) based in Canada. As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle across a rapidly expanding portfolio of SaaS and financial products. You will engage both prospective and existing customers, uncover their business challenges, and connect their needs to tailored solutions. The role combines new business development with account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling across an evolving product portfolio. You will play a key role in developing a new sales motion, helping shape messaging, processes, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Success will require strong discovery, consultative selling, pipeline discipline, and the ability to close deals with urgency and confidence. You will work closely with sales, customer success, marketing, product, and leadership teams in a collaborative, remote-first environment. This is an opportunity for an adaptable, curious salesperson to grow alongside a rapidly evolving product suite and make a meaningful impact from an early stage.

Own the complete B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through discovery, demonstration, negotiation, and closing. Engage both prospective customers and existing customers, tailoring outreach and sales strategies to their relationship and business needs. Conduct high-quality discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points, business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Maintain strong knowledge of the evolving product roadmap and confidently communicate both current capabilities and upcoming solutions. Deliver tailored demonstrations of multi-product solutions, with a strong focus on expanding product adoption and attaching payments and financial products to customer accounts. Act as a consultative business partner by connecting customer challenges to relevant solutions and identifying needs customers may not initially recognize. Manage objections creatively and confidently, engage relevant decision-makers, and consistently drive opportunities toward close. Build, manage, and maintain a disciplined pipeline of qualified opportunities. Develop new business while expanding existing customer relationships through upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing, product, and leadership teams to improve pipeline generation and sales execution. Share structured market and customer feedback with internal teams to help influence positioning, pricing, product development, and future sales strategies. Contribute to the development of sales processes, messaging, objection handling, and best practices as the multi-product sales motion evolves. Prioritize opportunities effectively and maintain urgency throughout each stage of the sales cycle. Requirements: Proven experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, manage, negotiate, and close deals independently. Experience selling products or solutions in an environment where established sales playbooks, case studies, and processes may still be evolving. Strong discovery, consultative selling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly learn new products and become credible when selling solutions that are new or unfamiliar. Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales technology; HubSpot experience is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with disciplined pipeline and priority management. Resourceful, creative, and persistent approach to overcoming objections and solving customer problems. Strong adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to synthesize customer and market feedback and communicate actionable insights to product, marketing, and leadership teams. Curious, tenacious, collaborative, and motivated by the opportunity to help build and scale a new sales motion. Previous experience selling vertical SaaS solutions to service-based businesses or field-service management software is an advantage. Knowledge of the pool service industry or related home-service businesses is a plus. Benefits: Competitive base salary with bonus and performance-based earning potential. Generous medical, dental, and vision insurance plans. Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees, with 50% coverage for dependents. 401(k) plan with company matching. Flexible paid time off, with a minimum annual PTO requirement. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 6 weeks for supporting partners. Remote-friendly work environment. Comprehensive learning and professional development budget. Dedicated management support focused on employee development and career growth. Collaborative culture focused on customer success, continuous improvement, teamwork, and celebrating achievements. Opportunity to work with an expanding multi-product SaaS portfolio and contribute to the development of a new sales organization. Canada-based work opportunity with a remote-friendly model.
