Join a dynamic enterprise sales environment focused on helping organizations protect their most valuable asset: their data. As an Account Manager, you will drive revenue growth by developing relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities across enterprise accounts. You will collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and channel partners to deliver tailored security solutions that address complex business needs. Through strategic prospecting, compelling product demonstrations, and consultative selling, you will help customers understand the value of advanced data protection. This role offers the opportunity to engage with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives, while building a strong network across your territory. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding market presence.

As an Account Manager, you will manage the sales cycle from prospecting through closing while building lasting relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners. Your main responsibilities will include: Identify target accounts, research key decision-makers, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Present and sell data security products and services to existing customers and prospective enterprise clients. Follow up on leads and referrals generated through sales activities, while continuously expanding and maintaining a strong database of customer contacts. Drive sales activities, including cold calling, prospecting, appointment setting, product demonstrations, and proposal development. Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to C-level executives, prospective customers, and reseller partners. Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Sales Managers, and Channel Managers to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Maintain and strengthen customer relationships by responding to requests, resolving issues, and supporting customer satisfaction. Work closely with reseller and channel partners throughout the sales process to support successful deal execution. Keep account records, customer information, and sales activity up to date in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Participate in marketing activities, including seminars, trade shows, and other events as needed. Travel as required, depending on the assigned territory. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines strong business-to-business sales experience with relationship-building skills, commercial drive, and an interest in technology and cybersecurity. You should be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and learning technical product concepts. Key qualifications include: A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, at least five years of B2B sales experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in the technology industry is preferred. Experience selling security software through channel partners is required. Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Outlook is preferred. An established network of contacts and prospective customers within the assigned territory. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills. A willingness to learn the technical aspects of data security products and communicate their business value effectively. A results-oriented mindset, with the persistence to overcome obstacles, pursue opportunities, and achieve challenging sales targets. A strong sense of urgency, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. A customer-focused approach, including responsiveness, accountability, and the ability to manage challenging customer situations. Effective problem-solving skills, including gathering information, analyzing challenges, and developing practical solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present numerical information clearly and adapt messaging to different audiences. Adaptability in a changing work environment and the ability to manage competing demands. Strong planning and organizational skills, including efficient time management, goal setting, and realistic action planning. Benefits: Opportunity to work in enterprise technology sales within the data security sector. Collaboration with Sales Engineers, Sales Managers, and channel partners to develop strategic customer relationships. Exposure to senior decision-makers and enterprise-level sales opportunities. Opportunity to build and expand a professional network across an assigned sales territory. Travel requirements vary depending on the territory.
