Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English sufficient for internal communication. 12+ years of consulting, enterprise technology, or strategic technology sales experience. Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related industries. Experience driving enterprise digital transformation initiatives. Experience with AI, Generative AI, Copilot technologies, and Data & AI platforms. Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead complex strategic engagements. Experience working across global, cross-functional teams.
