Company Overview

Full job description

Company Overview Spry Methods is a proven provider of mission-focused technology, cybersecurity, and program management solutions supporting critical Federal and DoD missions. We specialize in delivering integrated, high-impact solutions across cyber operations, enterprise resource management, and mission support services. Our culture emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and innovation - empowering our teams to deliver meaningful outcomes in complex, high-security environments.

Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):

Want a seat in the room where a Marine Corps command-and-control portfolio actually gets decided? As a Junior Acquisition Program Analyst you will sit on the MAGTF C2 Integrated Product Teams led by Government Team Leads, capture the actions and decisions those teams generate, and keep the milestone tracking that leadership briefs from. It is the fastest way we know to learn DoD acquisition from the inside. You will have senior analysts on the same contract to learn from, and a clear path to journeyman.

Participate in program and product Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), providing subject matter expertise and recommendations. Review and maintain documentation recording IPT actions, decisions, and events for each product's Integrated Master Schedule; support Integration Team Working Group and morning stand-up meetings. Analyze information presented and recommend changes, additions, and comments on courses of action affecting MAGTF C2 programs. Build and maintain the MAGTF C2 Action Item and Milestone tracking system, obtain weekly action item status, and brief that status to the IPTs. Support development of communications strategies and business plans that keep portfolio initiatives aligned to strategic themes.

Demonstrated history of delivering program support or analysis in a DoD environment — 4 years' relevant experience per the Staffing Matrix. Bachelor's degree. Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 (T-3) eligibility. Accurate, fast note-taking and action-item tracking discipline.

Exposure to Agile or SAFe working environments. Experience with JIRA, Microsoft Project, or an action-tracking database. Interest in pursuing Defense Acquisition Workforce certification. Curious, organized, and unbothered by a room full of acronyms.
