Responsibilities

Job Summary: Responsible for providing back-office support in various capacities to the internal & external client team members in accordance with policies, procedures, and quality standards; establish a good working relationship with team members and department contacts to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being provided. Continuously strive to improve efficiencies and maintain an expert level in internal and external applications.

Essential Duties: Essential duties noted below may vary by position and/or client needs.

Reporting/Support Functions - Participate in the activities involved in providing quality support and reporting services to assigned internal/external departments (e.g., Operations, Sales, Analytics, etc.) while ensuring adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures.

  • Monitor data & update sales performance through sales tracking tools and other performance KPI’s

  • Receive and process purchase orders in a timely manner validating for accuracy of all details

  • Communicate directly with customers throughout order process

  • Create and prepare sell sheets, presentations, truck builders, trackers, etc.

  • Complete set up of new items, displays, promotions, and execution of price changes

  • Process and fulfill sample orders as requested

  • Management of payments and deductions by researching and validating all claims in accordance with client and company standards and processes

  • Update and maintain internal/external systems with detailed and accurate customer, product, pricing, and sales data

  • Develop, generate, and distribute reporting as needed

  • Document customer/client notes in CRM with concise details timely and accurately

  • Research and resolve issues within scope of responsibility

  • Support the assigned sales team with other administrative tasks as requested

General Associate Job Responsibilities

  • Exercise exceptional customer service skills to optimize each contact with the client and customers

  • Ensure that all requests/tasks are responded to in a professional and timely manner

  • Maintain required documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) on all processes updating regularly as needed

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of information provided by client and customers or data accessed within assigned systems

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of client's products and systems, as well as policies and procedures

  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal/external customers, client, team members and department contacts

  • Escalate to leadership any situation outside the employee’s control that could adversely impact the services being provided

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 or older and have a High School diploma or GED or equivalent education

  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Ability to develop mastery of multiple systems, the business and category knowledge

Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel

Posted Salary Range

USD $14.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr.
