We are looking for an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer to design, build, and optimize personalized omnichannel customer experiences. In this role, you will create sophisticated customer journeys that leverage real-time event triggers and conditional logic to deliver relevant, timely interactions. You will play a key role in improving campaign performance, strengthening customer engagement, and supporting higher conversion rates. Working across the campaign lifecycle, you will manage testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into effective technical solutions. Customer Journey Design and Development: Design, build, and maintain robust customer journeys within Adobe Journey Optimizer to enable seamless, personalized experiences across multiple channels. Event-Based Journey Orchestration: Configure and manage event-driven triggers, advanced conditions, and journey logic to deliver relevant customer interactions in real time. Campaign Testing and Deployment: Plan and execute comprehensive testing procedures, validate journey configurations, and oversee campaign deployments to ensure accuracy, reliability, and stability. Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues affecting campaign execution, customer journeys, and overall platform performance. Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign outcomes and continuously refine journey strategies to improve engagement, customer experience, and conversion rates. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business, marketing, and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with broader organizational goals. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance journey design, streamline campaign operations, and improve the effectiveness of omnichannel engagement initiatives. Requirements Professional Experience: At least 6 years of experience in IT services, with a strong focus on digital marketing technologies and customer engagement solutions. Adobe Journey Optimizer Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience developing, configuring, and customizing solutions within Adobe Journey Optimizer. Omnichannel Engagement: Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing principles, personalized customer experiences, journey orchestration, and campaign optimization. Event Triggers and Conditional Logic: Proven ability to design and manage customer journeys using event-based triggers, dynamic conditions, and real-time interaction logic. Campaign Lifecycle Management: Experience managing end-to-end campaign processes, including testing, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization. Technical Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective solutions. Performance Optimization: Ability to assess campaign effectiveness, interpret engagement metrics, and identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer outcomes. Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
