Affiliate Marketing Manager | Mid - Senior | B2B

Empowering businesses everywhere to keep their people, systems, and data safe. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES To own the NordSecurity B2B Affiliate program end-to-end, which include, but not limited to:

• Research, identify, contact and recruit new affiliate partnerships, targeting both: affiliates that are already in the SaaS/cybersecurity space and affiliates that are new to the space.
• Negotiate and structure deals (CPA, rev-share, hybrid, flat-fee placements) that work for both sides and scale profitably
• Build strong relationships with all affiliate partners and affiliate network partners.
• Own partner performance: analyze data, spot issues and opportunities, audit traffic quality, and optimize toward ROAS and pipeline targets
• Collaborate with the Product and Product Marketing team to ensure partner editorial teams have all the latest product updates and releases.
• Constantly seek innovations - new channels, niches, funnels, and opportunities. CORE REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate partnerships/account management and online marketing (in B2B SaaS space would be an advantage).
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks and comfortable with tracking/attribution mechanics.
• Knowledge of some digital marketing disciplines: CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical skills, confident with analyzing data to give impactful business recommendations.
• Solid negotiation skills aimed at tangible results.
• Ability to work autonomously to run a portfolio of partners end-to-end as well as manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. WHAT WE OFFER
