Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Systems Configurator based in the United States. We are seeking a strategic, hands-on AI specialist to transform business operations through intelligent systems, connected workflows, and practical automation. In this role, you will identify high-impact opportunities to integrate AI across service delivery, operations, marketing, and business development. You will design and implement AI-powered workflows and agents that improve efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and support smarter business decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will turn complex business challenges into scalable solutions that people actively use. You will also champion responsible AI adoption, helping teams embrace new ways of working while maintaining quality, security, and human oversight. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an innovative problem solver who combines technical fluency, business acumen, and a passion for measurable results.

Identify strategic AI opportunities: Analyze business strategy, delivery processes, and operational challenges to identify where AI can create measurable value beyond simple task automation. Design and optimize business workflows: Map existing processes across delivery, operations, marketing, and account management, then redesign them around connected systems, intelligent agents, and automated workflows. Build a connected business data foundation: Develop and maintain a centralized company database that connects client information, engagements, delivery activities, and business performance data to improve visibility and decision-making. Develop and maintain AI-powered systems: Build, integrate, and continuously improve agentic workflows using tools and platforms such as Asana, HubSpot, Claude, Granola, Google Workspace, Slack, Vercel, and Collective 54 Co-founder, leveraging APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP) connections, and automation platforms. Automate reporting and operational processes: Streamline status reporting, estimated-versus-actual hours tracking, meeting capture, intake processes, and leadership reporting to provide reliable business intelligence without unnecessary manual follow-up. Strengthen client relationship management: Identify potential account expansion opportunities, early indicators of client dissatisfaction, and noteworthy client successes, sharing relevant insights with account management and marketing teams. Manage AI tools and performance: Maintain and optimize prompts, skills, context, accuracy, and configurations to ensure AI systems remain effective, reliable, and aligned with evolving business needs. Collaborate on implementation and testing: Partner with project managers, operations specialists, and program owners to develop, test, and refine solutions using live client work before broader implementation. Report on business impact: Present new solutions and opportunities during quarterly AI reviews with leadership and program owners. Measure results through indicators such as hours saved, cost per program, adoption rates, and operational efficiency, discontinuing solutions that fail to deliver meaningful value. Drive AI adoption and enablement: Deliver practical training that helps teams integrate AI into their daily work, emphasizing real-world applications, improved processes, and sustained adoption rather than tool demonstrations alone. Maintain responsible AI practices: Ensure client-facing outputs receive appropriate human review and comply with data retention policies, contractual data protection requirements, and applicable AI usage guidelines before working with client information. Requirements At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in operations, solutions engineering, Revenue Operations (RevOps), go-to-market engineering, technical program management, or a related field focused on translating business needs into dependable systems and solutions. Demonstrated hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered or automated workflows used in production environments. A proven ability to turn ambiguous business challenges into practical, scalable solutions that teams adopt and continue using over time. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to understand organizational goals, assess trade-offs, prioritize opportunities, and connect technical solutions to measurable business outcomes. Practical experience with Claude or comparable large language models (LLMs), Claude Code, MCP, APIs, and automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Asana AI Studio. Familiarity with integrating business applications and building connected workflows across platforms such as project management systems, CRM tools, collaboration software, and productivity applications. Genuine curiosity about emerging AI capabilities, a willingness to experiment, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them creatively to real business problems. Demonstrated success encouraging technology adoption and influencing teams without relying on formal authority, including incorporating user feedback into solution design and implementation. Excellent written communication, systems documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to nontechnical stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and responsible technology use. Experience in professional services, consulting, or agency environments is an advantage. Location and work authorization: Applicants must reside in the United States, within the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, or Hawaii, and be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship. Working environment: Ability to work effectively from a professional home office using standard computer, telephone, and video conferencing equipment. Some travel may be required, and the role may involve extended periods of sitting. Benefits Comprehensive healthcare coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to support your health and well-being. Retirement savings: Access to a 401(k) plan to help you plan for your financial future. Employer-paid protection: Short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance benefits. Remote work flexibility: Work remotely with flexibility around office hours, emphasizing outcomes and collaboration rather than where or when work gets done. Generous paid time off: A flexible PTO policy designed to support work-life balance and personal well-being. Career development opportunities: Opportunities to grow professionally, take ownership of innovative initiatives, and develop leadership capabilities. Collaborative and inclusive culture: Work alongside curious, ambitious, and multidisciplinary colleagues who value diverse perspectives, teamwork, and continuous learning. Recognition and shared success: A culture that celebrates individual contributions, team achievements, and meaningful business outcomes. Innovative projects: The opportunity to experiment with emerging AI technologies, build solutions from the ground up, and directly influence how a business operates and delivers value. Meaningful professional impact: Help shape AI-native ways of working, improve operational efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and create measurable business results.
