AI Transformation Dept.은 크래프톤 전사의 AI 전환(AX)을 주도하는 조직입니다. 현업 조직이 AI를 활용하여 업무 생산성을 혁신할 수 있도록 전략 수립, 기술 지원, 교육 및 직접 실행을 담당하며, 특히 AXI(AX Impact) 프로젝트를 통해 현업 밀착형 AI 업무 자동화를 추진하고 있습니다.
