Visual Production Support Dept.는 크래프톤 산하 각 스튜디오의 비주얼 아트 제작 현장을 이해하고, 여러 스튜디오가 공통으로 활용할 수 있는 도구와 서비스를 개발·제공하여 스튜디오가 더 잘 개발할 수 있도록 돕는 조직입니다. Visual Production Support Dept.는 에셋을 직접 생산하는 조직이 아니라, 스튜디오가 공통으로 겪는 아트 제작 문제를 재사용 가능한 도구·파이프라인·서비스로 풀어내는 중앙 지원 조직입니다. Visual Production Support Dept.는 VR&D, Mocap, 에셋 관리, AI 활용 제작 워크플로우 등의 기능을 통해 스튜디오 제작 효율을 높이고, 검증된 도구·서비스를 축적하여 장기적인 제작 경쟁력을 강화합니다. 우리 팀과 함께할 미션을 소개합니다. 조직 운영 총괄 VR&D, Mocap, 에셋 관리, Art Management 등 산하 기능의 운영과 성과를 관리합니다. 기능별 존속·재편·종료를 실사용 가치 기준으로 판단하고, 외부 환경 변화에 맞게 조직을 유연하게 운영합니다. 공통 문제 발굴 및 도구·서비스화 여러 스튜디오의 아트 제작 파이프라인을 진단하여 반복·공통되는 병목을 식별합니다. 공통화 가능성이 있는 문제를 도구·파이프라인·서비스로 일반화하여 우선적으로 풉니다. 특정 스튜디오의 문제를 직접 대신 해결하는 것은 공통화를 위한 발견·검증 단계에 한정합니다. 도구·서비스 제공 및 채택 주도 한정된 자
