PUBG IP를 기반으로 신작 및 transmedia 확장 프로젝트의 비주얼 방향성을 수립하고, IP 전반의 visual foundation을 체계화하며, 내부 및 외부 제작을 전략적으로 리딩하는 조직입니다. 단순 제작 조직이 아니라, IP Visual Core 및 세계관 고도화 / Franchise 확장을 위한 장기적 visual system 구축 / 외부 파트너 및 스튜디오 협업 관리 / 병렬 프로젝트 대응 및 QC 체계 확립을 담당하는 전략 실행 조직입니다. 우리 팀과 함께할 미션을 소개합니다. PUBG IP Universe의 core visual foundation 및 세계관 고도화를 리딩하며, 동시에 외부 제작 및 병렬 프로젝트 대응을 매니징합니다. 비주얼 기준을 정의하고 문서화하며, 내외부 제작 파트너가 동일한 방향성과 품질 기준으로 실행할 수 있도록 alignment와 QC 체계를 구축하고 운영합니다. 본 포지션은 최종 Art Director의 방향성과 승인 하에 운영되며, IP 기준 생산과 외부 실행 운영 기능을 분담하여 프로젝트 속도와 일관성을 강화합니다.
