AI Tutor - Design Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Tutor - Design Specialist based in Switzerland. This is an opportunity for an experienced design professional to help improve the quality and capabilities of advanced artificial intelligence systems through expert design evaluation. You will use your expertise in areas such as graphic design, visual and brand design, product or user interface design, web design, game design, or illustration to assess and refine AI-generated work. Your design judgment will help distinguish outputs that are merely attractive from those that are clear, functional, accessible, and genuinely well resolved. You will create high-quality reference examples, provide detailed annotations, and articulate the principles that separate mediocre, good, and exceptional design. The role combines hands-on creative work with structured evaluation and collaboration with technical teams developing AI assessment processes and datasets. You will work across a broad range of formats and creative briefs while maintaining a consistently high standard of visual quality and critical judgment.
