- AIMS@JCU Higher Degree Research Scholarships
The deadline for applicants seeking consideration for a 2027 AIMS@JCU HDR Scholarship closed on 1 September 2026.
The September AIMS@JCU scholarship round is for domestic and international applicants. Domestic application will be considered after this deadline, only if the AIMS@JCU allocation is not filled in this round.
The 2028 intake will be advertised here next year.
Applicants should begin the process early to ensure all required approvals and documentation are completed ahead of the scholarship allocation process.
Please remember that the advisory panel for an AIMS@JCU student, must include at least one AIMS staff member and one JCU staff member. Projects should also align with the joint research priorities of AIMS and JCU and, where possible, the AIMS@JCU research themes or AIMS Strategy 2040.
