As a Demand Generation Analyst, you will develop and execute B2B demand generation strategies that strengthen the marketing and sales funnel. Working closely with sales teams, agencies, and strategic partners, you will help transform marketing investments into qualified opportunities and sustainable pipeline growth. You will also present performance insights and actionable recommendations to leadership, contributing to continuous optimization. Develop and implement B2B demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives, marketing priorities, and revenue targets. Plan, coordinate, and monitor marketing campaigns, channels, and initiatives to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities. Track and analyze marketing and sales funnel metrics, evaluating campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven insights to recommend optimization strategies, improve conversion rates, and strengthen the overall effectiveness of demand generation activities. Manage campaign-related requests and coordinate the activities of marketing agencies and strategic partners to ensure quality and timely delivery. Monitor marketing budgets, investments, and campaign efficiency to maximize return on investment and support responsible resource allocation. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives, improve lead quality, and accelerate pipeline development. Prepare and present performance reports, analytical insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership and relevant stakeholders. Continuously refine demand generation strategies based on performance data, market opportunities, and evolving business needs. Support alignment between marketing and sales processes to improve lead management, attribution, and revenue generation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field. Professional experience in demand generation, growth marketing, performance marketing, inbound marketing, or a similar discipline. Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within technology companies or other business-to-business environments. Proven experience planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Understanding of marketing and sales funnel dynamics, lead generation strategies, and key performance indicators. Experience coordinating marketing agencies, external suppliers, and strategic partners. Familiarity with paid media, marketing automation platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Knowledge of marketing tools such as RD Station. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to engage effectively with sales teams, leadership, agencies, and other stakeholders. A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Business-oriented thinking, with an understanding of how marketing activities contribute to pipeline development and revenue growth. Nice to have: Experience working in technology, Software as a Service (SaaS), or cloud computing companies. Familiarity with complex B2B sales processes and longer sales cycles. Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), website analytics, and organic performance measurement. Experience integrating marketing and sales operations to improve lead conversion and pipeline efficiency. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms. Experience with marketing attribution, pipeline analysis, and return on investment (ROI) measurement. Previous experience managing performance marketing agencies.
