Analista de Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Marketing based in Brazil. This is a hands-on digital marketing role focused on creating content, managing social channels, and executing performance campaigns. You will help translate marketing objectives into engaging content and measurable digital initiatives. The role combines creativity with analytical thinking, covering paid media, social media, video, editorial planning, and reporting. You will work across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WordPress. Success in the role will come from understanding audience behavior, monitoring performance, and continuously improving campaigns and content. Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Create and adapt content for multiple social media formats, including posts, Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Produce and edit short-form videos designed for social media engagement. Develop scripts for institutional, educational, and commercial videos. Support the planning and execution of the editorial calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content distribution. Monitor social media and campaign performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth. Prepare marketing performance reports and communicate relevant insights. Track digital marketing and content trends and propose new ideas, formats, and initiatives. Organize marketing requests, priorities, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure efficient execution. Contribute to lead-generation initiatives and continuously improve content and campaign effectiveness. Requirements Professional experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or a related field. Practical experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Experience working with WordPress. Experience creating and editing videos for social media platforms. Knowledge of content creation strategies adapted to different digital channels and audiences. Understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance indicators. Creative mindset with strong attention to content quality and audience engagement. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Autonomy and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving day-to-day marketing challenges. B2B marketing experience is a plus. Experience working in technology or cybersecurity companies is desirable. Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is an advantage. Familiarity with motion design, storytelling, dynamic captions, or similar content techniques is a plus. Experience with lead generation and lead management is desirable. Benefits 100% remote work.
