Analista de Qualidade Sênior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Qualidade Sênior based in Brazil. This role is designed for a senior QA professional who sees quality as more than simply executing tests. You will contribute from the earliest stages of projects, analyzing requirements, identifying systemic impacts and risks, and defining effective testing strategies. The position supports complex applications and business processes, requiring strong analytical thinking and a broad understanding of system interactions. You will work across multiple projects and squads while helping ensure reliable, high-quality deliveries. The role also provides an opportunity to strengthen functional and non-functional testing practices, including automation, performance, security, and regression testing. As a technical reference in quality, you will contribute to continuous improvement and the development of a strong quality culture across multidisciplinary teams.

You will take a proactive role throughout the software development lifecycle, helping teams identify risks early and ensuring that testing strategies are aligned with business and technical objectives. Participate from the early stages of projects, contributing to requirements analysis, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Identify systemic impacts and delivery risks while maintaining a broad view of business processes and related systems. Develop test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases aligned with project objectives. Execute functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and automated tests. Plan and support non-functional testing, including performance, load, security, and data persistence testing. Validate system integrations and ensure consistency of business rules. Register, track, and support the resolution of defects and non-conformities with development teams. Work across multiple projects and squads simultaneously, collaborating to ensure delivery quality. Produce quality indicators, metrics, and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to improve development and testing processes. Share knowledge and promote quality best practices, supporting the technical development of other professionals in the area. Requirements The ideal candidate will bring solid software quality experience, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to understand both technical requirements and broader system impacts. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification. Solid professional experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA). Experience testing Java and Angular applications. Experience working with Oracle databases. Experience creating test strategies, plans, scenarios, and test cases. Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban. Knowledge of test automation. Experience with functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing. Knowledge of performance, load, and security testing. Strong SQL and database query skills. Experience analyzing and validating requirements and business rules. Ability to identify systemic impacts and risks associated with software deliveries. Experience tracking and managing bugs and incidents. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, collaboration, and continuous-improvement mindset. Benefits 100% remote work model.
