This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista Jurídico Trabalhista (Acordos) - Sem OAB based in Brazil. This is a remote opportunity for a legal professional focused on labor-law matters, with particular emphasis on agreements and negotiation support. You will play an important role in managing administrative and procedural activities across labor cases, helping ensure deadlines, payments, and documentation are handled accurately. The position involves reviewing court publications, monitoring deadlines, checking payment guides, and preparing administrative reports. You will also work closely with attorneys, providing operational and legal support throughout different stages of labor proceedings. The role is well suited to someone with practical knowledge of Brazilian labor procedures, court systems, and legal documentation. It offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative legal environment where attention to detail, organization, and reliability are highly valued.

Support labor-law activities with a primary focus on agreements, assisting with the preparation, follow-up, and administrative management of settlement-related matters. Control and review payment guides, ensuring information is accurate and properly handled within established procedures. Prepare administrative reports and organize relevant information to support case management and decision-making. Monitor and review legal publications related to labor proceedings, identifying relevant information and required actions. Register and monitor procedural deadlines across all stages of labor cases, ensuring activities are properly tracked and completed on time. Provide day-to-day support to attorneys by organizing information, documents, deadlines, and other activities related to labor proceedings. Access and navigate court websites and systems to obtain case information, publications, and procedural updates. Maintain accurate and organized records while supporting the efficient management of labor-related activities. Requirements: Have practical knowledge of Brazilian labor-law procedures, including the ability to read, interpret, and monitor labor-related publications across different stages of proceedings. Be familiar with court websites and legal systems used to consult cases, publications, and procedural information. Demonstrate experience with launching and controlling procedural deadlines and maintaining accurate legal records. Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and be comfortable preparing reports, organizing information, and working with administrative documentation. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability when handling deadlines, payment information, and legal documents. Be able to work collaboratively with attorneys and other professionals while maintaining clear and professional communication. Demonstrate autonomy and responsibility in managing assigned activities within a remote work environment. Previous experience with agreements and negotiation is considered a valuable advantage.
