This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista Jurídico – Vaga Exclusiva PCD based in Brazil. In this role, you will help ensure the accuracy and efficiency of legal case management and administrative processes. You will contribute to maintaining organized legal records, updating internal systems, coordinating court-related payments, and supporting attorneys with day-to-day activities. Working with digital legal management tools, you will help streamline workflows and ensure information remains accurate and accessible. Register new legal cases and proceedings in the firm's internal legal management system, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date. Manage the closure of cases and update the relevant records and documentation in internal systems. Submit requests for payment of appellate court fees and assist with related administrative procedures. Provide administrative and operational support to attorneys, helping ensure the smooth execution of daily legal activities. Search for and track legal proceedings through court websites, gathering relevant information when required. Maintain and update legal and administrative databases, ensuring the completeness, consistency, and reliability of records. Use internal systems and basic spreadsheet tools to organize information and support efficient case management. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve administrative questions, clarify procedures, and contribute to an organized and responsive legal team. Requirements A completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Law. An active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration is not required. Experience with or familiarity with administrative activities, preferably in a legal office or a similar professional environment. Ability to enter, manage, and update information in legal case management systems and administrative platforms. Familiarity with searching for and tracking legal proceedings through court websites. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with digital tools and information management systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow established procedures. A proactive and committed attitude, with the ability to take initiative and follow tasks through to completion. Good communication and interpersonal skills, including a courteous, collaborative, and professional approach. Agility, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to ask questions, seek clarification, and learn new processes. Availability to work in a fully remote, full-time position.
