Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Area Operations Manager to join our General Operations Division – Primary Care. The role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the Diagnostic Centers within the assigned sector. It oversees staff performance, daily workflows and compliance with the Group’s quality standards, while resolving any operational, technical or service‑related issues. Externally, the Area Operations Manager maintains strong relationships with key medical partners, monitors local competition and represents the Group within the local community and relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring full compliance with operational guidelines, procedures and corporate standards
  • Overseeing optimal utilization of core resources (equipment, physicians, technologists)
  • Adjusting operational schedules based on demand patterns, seasonal fluctuations and capacity needs
  • Overseeing administrative and operational processes, including financial handling, documentation workflows, inventory control and effective management of supplies
  • Participating in budgeting, staffing planning and KPI monitoring to ensure alignment with approved targets
  • Monitoring appointment workflows, sample dispatching processes and timely delivery of diagnostic results
  • Ensuring adherence to cleanliness, staff conduct, customer‑service protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Overseeing daily compliance with ISO standards, quality procedures, GDPR and waste‑management policies
  • Supporting HR processes including hiring, scheduling, performance evaluation and staff development
  • Collaborating and participating in cross‑functional initiatives and projects, providing operational insights and supporting organizational priorities
  • Performing daily visits to Diagnostic Centers based on operational and administrative needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field; a Master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • Proven experience in healthcare operations or retail operations, ideally in environments with high customer interaction and strict process standards
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows, service delivery and quality assurance
  • Experience managing and developing multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to interpret operational KPIs and performance metrics to support decision‑making
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with staff, physicians and external partners
