As an Art Director, you will shape high-impact creative across paid social and performance marketing channels, helping translate business objectives into compelling visual experiences. You will lead the creative vision across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels. The role combines strong brand thinking with performance insights, experimentation, and channel-specific creative expertise. You will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and external agency partners to develop evergreen and influencer content. By using testing results and audience insights, you will continuously evolve creative concepts and improve performance. You will also help build scalable creative systems and workflows that increase speed, consistency, and quality. Generative AI will be an important part of the creative toolkit, enabling faster ideation and asset development while maintaining high creative standards.
