Coordinate audit preparation: Gather supporting documentation for annual audits, respond to auditor inquiries, and prepare year-end financial statements for external review. Improve financial systems and processes: Support transitions to new accounting software and identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and improve efficiency. Support tax compliance: Compile financial information and documentation for external tax accountants and coordinate the annual filing of required 1099 forms.
