Analytical skills: Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to investigate discrepancies and develop practical solutions. Organization and attention to detail: Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines. Communication and collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with finance colleagues, external auditors, tax advisors, and cross-functional teams.
