Full job description
Oversee day-to-day outlet operations when the Outlet Manager is absent; recruit, train and coach staff; manage schedules and briefings; handle guest issues; coordinate events; supervise inventory, staffing, upselling, hygiene and equipment condition.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires previous experience as an Assistant Manager Outlet or similar supervisory F&B role, a strong understanding of restaurant operations, proven team leadership and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
