We are looking for an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to help deliver a responsive and seamless experience for high-value clients. In this role, you will support daily sales operations by preparing client materials such as presentations and proposals, managing and updating account documentation, and systematically maintaining client records. You will monitor client activity, track engagement, and ensure all information is accurate and current. Key responsibilities include coordinating follow-ups, scheduling meetings, sending reminders, and maintaining effective client communication. This position offers hands-on experience in institutional cryptocurrency business processes and the opportunity to develop your skills alongside experienced professionals. What you'll be doing:
- Manage our institutional, corporate, and VIP clients
- Oversee trade bookings and settlements
- Execute client trades promptly and accurately
- Ensure timely and precise completion of onboardings and KYC reviews
- Apply understanding of financial products and strategies to ensure our HNW clients are appropriately integrated and utilize our product suite optimally
- Effectively manage, prioritize, and follow up on client matters through to resolution
- Collaborate closely with the team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in the Priority or Private Banking industry
- Passion for blockchain technology, fintech, and digital assets
- Strong interest in client service
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive, a team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of, or experience working in, Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, Fintech, Finance, or Trading domains is an advantage
- Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English for client support and business needs What’s in it for you:
