This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Director - Field Marketing based in the United States. This is an opportunity to lead global field marketing strategy across the US, EMEA, and APAC, turning high-value customer interactions into measurable pipeline growth. You will shape regional programs that connect startup and SMB founders with mid-market and enterprise security, IT, and GRC leaders. As a member of the Marketing leadership team, you will oversee three regional field marketers while remaining hands-on with strategic events and account-based marketing initiatives. You will own pipeline performance, budget allocation, and program ROI, ensuring field investments deliver tangible commercial outcomes. You will also develop executive communities and peer networks that strengthen buyer relationships and create long-term engagement. This remote, player-coach role combines strategic leadership, team development, experimentation, and operational excellence in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.
Lead global field marketing strategy: Develop annual and quarterly plans across the US, EMEA, and APAC, aligned with regional sales priorities, pipeline targets, and business objectives. Drive pipeline and measurable ROI: Own sourced and influenced pipeline, manage budgets, evaluate program performance, and conduct reviews within 30 days to determine what to scale, improve, or discontinue. Deliver high-impact field programs: Plan and execute conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, partner-led experiences, and other initiatives that move buyers through the sales journey. Integrate field marketing with ABM: Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams on target accounts, meeting goals, outreach, follow-up, and nurturing, while developing tailored account-level experiences. Build executive communities: Lead GRC Hub and Secure Circle, a CISO peer group, by developing programs that increase membership, engagement, pipeline, and advocacy. Manage and develop the team: Coach three regional field marketers, oversee hiring and headcount planning, and establish repeatable playbooks for program execution and reporting. Strengthen cross-functional operations: Partner with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Finance, Sales, SDRs, and external agencies to ensure consistent delivery and effective resource management. Experiment and optimize: Test new markets, event formats, gifting strategies, and activations using clear hypotheses and budget limits. Leverage AI to improve research, targeting, content development, and reporting. Requirements: Professional experience: 8–12 years in B2B marketing, including at least 5 years in SaaS field or regional marketing and 3 years managing field marketers, ideally across multiple regions. Pipeline and budget ownership: Demonstrated experience managing multi-region budgets and pipeline targets, measuring program ROI, and independently conducting performance analysis in HubSpot. International market expertise: Experience executing marketing programs in at least two of the following regions: the US, UK/Europe, Middle East, or India/APAC. Audience knowledge: Experience engaging startup and SMB buyers as well as mid-market or enterprise security, IT, or GRC leaders. Leadership and collaboration: Ability to build strong partnerships with Sales, SDRs, and channel partners while coaching teams and presenting confidently to senior executives and leadership. Hands-on execution: Comfortable balancing strategic planning with the practical details of event delivery, executive engagement, and account-specific marketing programs. Analytical and adaptable mindset: Able to navigate ambiguity, prioritize based on evidence, test new approaches, and translate insights into repeatable processes and playbooks. Additional strengths: Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or GRC; building practitioner communities or executive peer groups; designing account-level field programs; or scaling founder-led initiatives at a Series B or later company is an advantage. Benefits: Fully remote work: Flexibility to work from home or another suitable location. Co-working allowance: Annual allowance to support access to co-working spaces. Learning and development: USD 1,000 annual professional development budget. Flexible time off: Unlimited leave to support rest and personal commitments. Health insurance: Coverage of up to INR 10 lakh for the employee and family. Accident protection: Additional coverage of INR 10 lakh. Life insurance: Coverage equivalent to three times the annual salary. Home office setup: INR 35,000 contribution toward creating a suitable workspace. Compensation: Salary and any additional incentive or equity arrangements are not specified in the provided job description.
