Production is at the heart of bringing those experiences to life, and we believe great production is built on strong partnerships, thoughtful collaboration, and exceptional execution. We work closely with our Account, Creative, and Operations teams to partner with our clients throughout the lifecycle of an engagement, often becoming an extension of their team. We take pride in delivering experiences that are not only creatively ambitious, but thoughtfully planned, operationally sound, and executed at a high standard. Coordinates internal teams, attends client and internal meetings, and captures meeting notes and action items to ensure project progress. Manages freelance staff lists, maintains production templates and trackers, and helps establish consistent operational processes. Assist with development and maintenance of production schedules, timelines, run-of-show documents, checklists, and production plans. Flag risks, gaps, and missing information to Lead Producers to help the team address issues early and avoid downstream disruptions. Contribute ideas in brainstorms and team discussions to build production judgment and strengthen program development over time.
