Maintain accurate technical documentation covering system configurations, operational procedures, troubleshooting steps, and incident responses. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) to identify recurring issues, reduce future incidents, and improve system reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes while minimizing service disruption. Respond promptly to monitoring alerts and operational incidents to help maintain critical system availability and meet defined SLAs. Stay informed about monitoring technologies and industry best practices, recommending improvements to support processes and tools. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality support. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams. Willingness and availability to work in a 24/7 support environment, including 9-hour or 12-hour shifts, evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations as required.
