The Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice provides strategic and event driven advisory services to leading domestic and international TMT companies in the software, internet, semiconductors, digital infrastructure, traditional telecommunications and media verticals. We require an Associate to join the market leading TMT team as it continues to grow. Job Description Ability to operate as project / deal team lead, driving the work product and transaction processes Participate in the execution of equity and debt financing and M&A transactions Perform in-depth financial, valuation, product and industry analysis, and due diligence Prepare pitch books, client presentations and live deal materials Build financial models Attend client meetings Help to generate ideas and opportunities for new and existing clients Train and mentor junior bankers (Analysts) as they develop core investment banking skill sets Learn from, and work with, teams consisting of professionals drawn from across the business, including senior bankers within your group, experts in other areas of the firm and colleagues from around the globe Requirements Investment Banking experience ideally within TMT or M&A Outstanding academic achievement Strong financial analysis / financial modeling skills Detailed oriented with strong quantitative and analytical skills A bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, modelling/valuation or consulting experience Effective verbal and written communication skills Disclaimer: Apart from Bank of America, National Association, Australian Branch, none of Bank of America's legal entities are Authorized Deposit-taking Institutions authorized under the Banking Act 1959 of Australia nor regulated by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority.
