Up to 24 fellowships are awarded each year. Fellows receive ILS 14,000 per month plus ILS 20,000 annually for research expenses and research-related travel, along with professional-development and community programming.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must have been awarded a PhD no earlier than 1 November 2023 outside Israel, or successfully defend by 1 June 2027. They must not have earned an academic degree at an Israeli institution, must not have begun a postdoc in Israel before 1 September 2026, and must secure an academic sponsor at one of the listed eligible Israeli institutions.
