Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a BDR Outbound - Energia Solar based in Brazil. This is an outbound business development role focused on creating new opportunities in the growing energy storage and solar solutions market. You will identify high-potential businesses and connect with decision-makers involved in energy, investments, and infrastructure. The role centers on proactive prospecting through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other commercial channels to generate qualified opportunities. You will be responsible for understanding initial customer needs, identifying project potential, and connecting qualified prospects with the sales team. Your work will directly contribute to expanding opportunities across industries, large enterprises, corporate groups, and agribusiness operations. The position offers a fully remote home-office environment where organization, communication, persistence, and commercial initiative are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive BDR who enjoys consultative prospecting and wants to work with high-value energy projects and emerging technologies.
Research companies and identify relevant contacts involved in energy, investment, infrastructure, and purchasing decisions. Conduct active outbound prospecting through telephone, email, LinkedIn, and other designated channels, prioritizing phone-based outreach for initial contact. Maintain structured follow-up sequences to consistently engage prospects and advance promising conversations. Introduce energy storage solutions, BESS, and battery projects in line with established commercial guidance and training. Gather initial information about prospects’ operations, energy requirements, investment interests, project potential, and evaluation timelines. Qualify prospects based on their needs, potential, decision-making structure, and readiness to evaluate a project. Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and ensure the relevant stakeholders are engaged. Record prospect interactions, information gathered, meeting details, and next steps accurately in the commercial management system. Monitor scheduled meetings, confirm attendance, and re-engage prospects when necessary. Meet established targets for prospecting activity, completed meetings, and qualified opportunities. Share relevant questions, objections, market feedback, and prospect insights with the sales team to improve future outreach. Requirements: Previous experience in active outbound prospecting for business customers, with frequent use of telephone-based outreach. Ability to research companies, identify decision-makers, and confidently initiate conversations with managers and directors. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and build initial interest with prospective customers. Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and commercial conversations simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM or commercial management systems, spreadsheets, and online research tools. Residence in São Paulo Capital and availability to work fully remotely from a suitable home-office environment equipped for calls and virtual meetings. Experience prospecting large accounts or working in sectors such as energy, technology, electrical equipment, or industrial solutions is a strong advantage. Knowledge of solar energy, BESS, and battery technologies is a plus. Previous experience approaching industries, large energy consumers, corporate groups, or agribusiness businesses is desirable. Proactive, persistent, commercially minded, and comfortable working toward measurable prospecting and opportunity-generation targets. Benefits: Fully remote home-office work based in São Paulo Capital. Meal allowance of R$548 per month. Unimed health insurance with co-participation after the probationary period. Commission-based compensation opportunity. Opportunity to work with high-value energy storage, BESS, and battery projects. Exposure to large companies, industrial operations, and agribusiness clients. CLT employment arrangement.
