General criteria include Indonesian citizenship, unmarried status, age 21 or under on 31 December 2026, active non-vocational S1 enrolment at a public university in semester 3 at application, no other scholarship, commitment to the full one-year development programme, social and learning commitment, organizational involvement, and no full-time work or service bond.
