Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Hastings, Michigan Company: SenseSational Learning Group Job Type: Part-Time | Weekdays 4:00pm - 6:30pm Location: In-Person - Hastings, MI Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience) Get paid to play, and change a child's future! We're hiring RBTs and Behavior Technicians with a 40-hour RBT training certificate to deliver play-based early intervention for neurodivergent children. We're a BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice. No table drills. All play, all heart. Your day:

• 1:1 play-based ABA in homes, preschools, parks, and libraries
• Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress through session data
• Build trusting relationships with little ones and their caregivers You're our person if you:

• Give one month's notice for long-term schedule changes

• Have your 40-hour RBT training done (or will finish before you start)
