Behavioral Health Technician Lead — Overnight Location: Prince George County Facility 3000 Lottsford Vista Road, Bowie, MD Pay: $15.00/hour + applicable overnight shift differentials Make a Meaningful Difference Every Night Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a dependable and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician Lead to support our overnight team at the Prince George County Facility. This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, guiding team members, and creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment for clients in treatment. As a BHT Lead, you will help coordinate overnight operations, support Behavioral Health Technicians, respond to client needs, and assist with maintaining a high standard of care. What You’ll Do • Assist with training and onboarding new Behavioral Health Technicians. • Delegate tasks and provide direction to BHT staff during assigned shifts. • Assist with creating and maintaining staff, holiday, and outreach schedules. • Provide coverage during days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on program needs. • Verify client leave passes and monitor clients’ treatment plans while on pass. • Check clients in and out as necessary. • Conduct breathalyzer and urinalysis testing as required. • Participate in peer support consultations. • Provide crisis intervention and respond appropriately to client needs. • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate important updates to the treatment team. • Help ensure a safe, clean, and orderly treatment environment. • Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Valid driver’s license required. • Behavioral health or healthcare experience preferred. • Previous leadership, training, or supervisory experience preferred. • Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred. Employment Requirements Selected candidates must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state-mandated clearances. Employment is contingent upon meeting all screening requirements in accordance with federal, state, and accrediting-body regulations.
