This remote opportunity is designed for an experienced Interventional Radiologist who wants to apply their clinical expertise in a flexible medical review setting. You’ll evaluate clinical cases and medical records, develop clear clinical summaries, and provide expert opinions on questions presented by clients. The role is advisory in nature and does not involve direct patient treatment or the establishment of a doctor-patient relationship. As an independent contractor, you’ll have significant control over your schedule, case volume, and the types of reviews you accept. Conduct thorough reviews of clinical cases and medical records using your expertise in Interventional Radiology. Evaluate relevant medical documentation and develop clear, accurate clinical summaries. Provide advisory medical opinions and respond to specific clinical questions presented by clients. Participate in peer-to-peer communications when additional clinical discussion or clarification is required. Apply appropriate clinical knowledge, treatment guidelines, and medical standards when reaching determinations. Complete reviews accurately and within established timelines while maintaining required professional standards. Attend required orientation and training sessions and maintain all necessary credentialing and professional requirements. Requirements: Board certification in Interventional Radiology. Current, unrestricted medical license in the applicable U.S. jurisdiction(s). At least 5 years of clinical practice experience. Strong clinical judgment and the ability to analyze complex medical records and documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clinical reasoning clearly. Ability to provide objective, well-supported advisory opinions based on medical evidence and applicable guidelines. Willingness to complete required orientation and training. Ability to maintain appropriate credentials, state licenses, certifications, and other professional requirements necessary to perform the role. Benefits: 1099 independent contractor arrangement with a fully remote work environment. Flexible scheduling with predictable work hours based on your availability. Ability to choose the services and case types you review and determine your preferred case volume. Advisory-only work with no doctor-patient relationship established and no direct patient treatment provided. Streamlined case flow through a user-friendly review portal. Administrative support covering communications, medical-record organization, case preparation, and report delivery. Chronological medical-record listings and applicable treatment guidelines presented in an accessible format. Initial training and ongoing support from a dedicated point of contact. Opportunity to apply specialized Interventional Radiology expertise to support high-quality healthcare assessments.
