Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Brand Production Contractor based in United States. This role supports the scalable production of high-quality, on-brand marketing assets across a wide range of digital and physical channels. You will adapt, version, and localize approved creative for paid media, lifecycle marketing, in-app experiences, events, OOH, and print. A major focus will be building efficient Figma templates and asset systems that enable consistent, high-volume creative production. You will work closely with Brand Creative, Creative Operations, and marketing stakeholders within defined timelines and deliverables. The role combines meticulous visual execution with opportunities to improve workflows through automation, AI-enabled tools, scripting, and creative technology. You will help ensure every asset meets high standards for brand consistency, organization, accuracy, and production readiness. This is a fully remote U.S.-based contract engagement requiring approximately 30 hours per week for three months, with the possibility of extension.

Adapt, version, and localize approved creative across paid social, display, lifecycle and email, in-app, app store, OOH, events, and print channels. Build and maintain scalable Figma templates and asset libraries using components, variants, auto layout, variables, and modes where appropriate. Create modular paid advertising variations and production-ready assets based on approved creative direction and established brand systems. Deliver defined quick-turn creative requests, including seasonal campaigns, sponsored content, in-app events, monthly challenges, and partnership assets. Maintain organized production files through consistent naming conventions, version control, file structures, and handoff documentation. Apply visual and brand standards across asset sets, ensuring accuracy in layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and overall visual consistency. Identify opportunities to streamline creative production through automation, scripting, AI-enabled tools, and emerging creative technologies. Coordinate with creative, operations, and marketing stakeholders on project intake, priorities, feedback, revisions, and delivery schedules. Independently manage multiple production deliverables while escalating conceptual or strategic questions when additional direction is required. Requirements 4+ years of experience in design production, brand design, creative operations, or a closely related field, ideally within a global or high-volume brand environment. Portfolio demonstrating strong experience with high-volume creative production, including versioning, localization, templates, and scalable design systems. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, variables, and modes, with experience creating systems that can be used effectively by others. Experience using automation, scripting, AI-enabled tools, or other creative technologies to improve production efficiency and workflows. Familiarity with creative automation platforms such as Celtra, Figma Buzz, Canva, or comparable tools. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop; After Effects or Premiere experience for lightweight motion or video finishing is a plus. Experience managing asset libraries, localization processes, and production workflows across multiple markets, audiences, or channels. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong command of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency. Ability to work independently from defined or lightweight briefs and make sound production decisions while knowing when to seek clarification. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, deadlines, and feedback cycles. Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, and operations stakeholders in a fully remote environment. Benefits Compensation: $60 per hour. Work arrangement: Fully remote within the United States. Contract structure: Approximately 30 hours per week for an initial three-month engagement, with potential for extension. Opportunity to contribute to high-volume creative production across paid digital, lifecycle, in-app, OOH, events, and other marketing channels. Exposure to modern creative production systems, automation, AI-enabled tools, and emerging creative technologies. Collaborative environment with creative, marketing, and operations professionals. Equal opportunity workplace committed to diversity and inclusion. Contractors located in California, Colorado, Oregon, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Washington may be subject to additional compliance requirements.
