MAKE AN IMPACT Locations - Pune / Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Mumbai / Chennai / Gurgaon Experience: 8+ Years Notice period –Immediate Job Description – Business Analyst + Digital Transformation + Conversational Banking Strong Business Analysis experience with proven expertise in Retail Banking and Digital Transformation . Hands-on experience as a Transformation BA , leading or supporting large-scale change initiatives across digital customer journeys. Exposure to Conversational Banking , Sales , and Servicing journeys is preferred. Ability to gather and refine requirements, author user stories, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Owners, Tech, and Operations. Experience working in Agile delivery environments , using tools like Jira and Confluence . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams. Prior experience with global banking clients will be advantageous. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
