ABOUT THE ROLE Lead enterprise sales for an AI-focused software company serving legal professionals. This role connects law firms and corporate legal departments with product and engineering teams, bringing customer needs and market feedback into product development. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and manage relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and legal technology leaders from initial outreach through contract close.
- Develop qualified opportunities through prospecting, referrals, industry conferences, and partner channels.
- Lead product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements tailored to buyers' workflows and needs.
- Explain product value with clear materials, relevant use cases, and ROI frameworks.
- Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, accurate CRM records, and reliable forecasts across enterprise accounts.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with product and engineering teams.
- Build relationships across legal technology and legal operations communities. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least five years of B2B enterprise sales experience, including a record of closing contracts worth six figures or more.
- Experience selling technology to law firms, legal departments, or professional services organizations.
- Understanding of how partners, IT leaders, and practice groups evaluate and purchase technology.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences, and the ability to manage a distributed sales process independently.
- Legal technology experience, familiarity with legal AI, existing buyer relationships, or experience developing an early-stage sales function are valuable. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual compensation range: $240,000 to $300,000. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION Remote within the United States.
