Atlas captures the manual work inside Europe’s industrial champions, trains foundation models on it, and deploys the right robot onto the floor, with no teleoperation and no interruption to the line. Shift records how physical work actually happens and turns it into training-ready data. We were founded by former Formula 1 engineers from Red Bull Racing and Mercedes, together with a researcher from the Alan Turing Institute. Our $55M seed round, the largest in German history, was led by Hummingbird with Northzone, LocalGlobe, Village Global, and redalpine. We are based in Munich, with our research centre in Zürich and teams in London, New York, and Istanbul. We are now building the engineering and research teams that will take Atlas into new industries. This is not a typical BDR seat. It is the chance to build our enterprise go-to-market from zero. Enterprises want to deploy humanoids. Your job is to find them, reach them first, and bring them in. The market, the outreach, and the first conversation are yours to build. What You Will Do Own outreach and first contact. Bring the enterprises that want to deploy humanoids to us. Generate and qualify leads across enterprise accounts. Own one or more markets end to end. Your territory, your pipeline, your number. Continuously improve how we reach enterprise companies. New channels, new angles, kill what does not work. Book qualified meetings and hand over the context to close. Requirements A track record of excellence, wherever you earned it: a top-tier VC, a startup, or a company you built yourself.
