As A Business Services Specialist, You Will Be Responsible For:

Prioritizing and completing tasks in line with the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs);

Handling mortgage-related inquiries from both internal teams and our stakeholders;

Identifying potential risks early and taking action to deliver the best possible experience for our customers;

Contributing innovative ideas and playing an active role in driving change initiatives.
