Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Campaign Coordinator based in the United States. This fully remote role supports the execution of integrated marketing campaigns designed to build brand awareness and generate qualified pipeline. You will turn established campaign strategies and briefs into coordinated, multi-channel programs that launch on time and deliver a consistent customer experience. The position works across email, paid and organic channels, content, webinars, ABM, and events while coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines. You will partner closely with demand generation, product marketing, content, design, sales, and other teams to move campaigns from planning through deployment. Attention to detail is critical, particularly when managing campaign setup, audience segmentation, tracking, creative, forms, links, and quality assurance. The role also involves monitoring live campaigns, organizing performance data, and improving processes so campaign execution becomes more efficient and scalable. It is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on B2B marketer who enjoys project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and turning strategy into action.

Coordinate and execute integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid digital, organic/social, content, webinars, ABM, and other channels based on established campaign strategies and briefs. Translate campaign strategies into detailed project timelines, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables, keeping stakeholders aligned from kickoff through launch. Manage the day-to-day execution of multiple campaigns simultaneously, proactively identifying blockers, resolving execution issues, and keeping initiatives on schedule. Build, deploy, and monitor campaign components within marketing automation and CRM platforms, ensuring campaigns are configured according to established requirements. Coordinate with demand generation, content, product marketing, design, sales, and other partners to ensure campaign assets and deliverables are completed accurately and on time. Manage audience segmentation, campaign setup, scheduling, tracking, and other deployment requirements while maintaining alignment with campaign parameters. Conduct thorough pre-launch QA covering links, forms, lists, tracking, formatting, creative, and the overall customer experience. Maintain the shared campaign calendar and coordinate activities across channels to ensure campaigns are properly sequenced and aligned. Monitor active campaigns, troubleshoot delivery or execution issues, and escalate performance or operational concerns to the appropriate stakeholders. Collect, organize, and maintain campaign performance data to support reporting, analysis, and optimization efforts. Help improve campaign processes, templates, documentation, and workflows to make marketing execution more efficient, consistent, and scalable. Support event and webinar execution when needed, including logistics, promotion, lead capture, and post-event follow-up. Requirements: 3–5 years of marketing experience, including meaningful hands-on experience with campaign management and execution. Demonstrated experience executing integrated, cross-channel, or omnichannel marketing campaigns from kickoff through deployment. B2B marketing experience is required, with experience in a B2B software or SaaS environment especially valuable. Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, stakeholders, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines simultaneously. Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or comparable systems. Understanding of how multiple marketing channels work together as part of an integrated campaign strategy. Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when configuring, deploying, testing, and quality-checking campaigns. Ability to take an established strategy or campaign brief and independently drive the execution forward while keeping stakeholders informed. Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence collaborating with cross-functional teams. Comfort working with campaign performance data and marketing metrics. Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented, with a willingness to get into the details and take ownership of making campaigns happen. Experience within B2B SaaS or software, hands-on HubSpot and Salesforce experience, event or webinar coordination, ABM programs, marketing project management tools, or campaign creative review is a plus. Familiarity with privacy, compliance, or cybersecurity topics is also advantageous. Benefits: Competitive compensation package. Ownership interest, providing an opportunity to participate in the company's success. Unlimited paid time off, with an expectation of taking at least two weeks off annually. Paid parental leave for all new parents and a family-focused workplace culture. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, with base-plan individual premiums fully sponsored and dependent premiums partially sponsored. Fully remote work arrangement, allowing employees to work from anywhere in the United States. MacBook provided for work. $600 home-office setup allowance . Annual company-wide trip focused on connection, creativity, and team building. Mental health benefits, including free memberships for mindfulness and talk therapy services. Opportunities for career development and progression across different skills and competencies. Opportunity to deepen expertise in the growing privacy and regulatory technology space, including the possibility of earning a Certified Information Privacy credential.
