ABOUT CHARTA HEALTH
Full job description
ABOUT CHARTA HEALTH In an industry where the focus should rightly be on delivering quality care to patients, healthcare providers remain burdened by the complexities of non-clinical operations. Charta is changing that. We're building the operating system for modern healthcare organizations. Our AI platform streamlines critical workflows across revenue cycle, clinical operations, and administrative functions, helping providers and payers operate more efficiently and deliver better patient care. Backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Charta is on a mission to make every healthcare dollar accountable and every chart accurate, reimagining healthcare infrastructure from the ground up. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Charta’s campus and early-career recruiting across interns and new grads.
- Build target-school strategies and proactively identify exceptional students through sourcing, referrals, research, projects, clubs, and campus networks.
- Find relevant career fairs, recruiting events, and student conferences, recommend where we should invest, register Charta, coordinate logistics, and attend virtually or in person with the team.
- Build relationships with universities, professors, student organizations, and technical communities that give us early access to strong talent.
- Review high volumes of applicants while maintaining a very high bar and making sure standout candidates don’t get lost in the noise.
- Partner with Engineering to calibrate what great looks like for early-career talent and run efficient, candidate-friendly interview processes.
- Own candidate relationships from first touch through offer, including competing deadlines and closing.
- Track which schools, events, and sourcing channels actually produce strong hires and continuously improve our campus strategy. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong campus, university, early-career, or high-volume recruiting experience, ideally for technical talent.
- Excellent talent judgment and the ability to recognize potential beyond school name or resume polish.
- Proactive and resourceful—you’re comfortable building the program, not just executing an existing calendar.
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort using LinkedIn Recruiter, campus platforms, databases, and other search tools to find talent directly.
- Highly organized and able to manage events, school calendars, interview pipelines, offers, and logistics simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-builder who can represent Charta well with students, universities, and internal teams.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of a hypergrowth environment.
- ATS experience required; Ashby experience is a strong plus. What We Offer
- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- Team dinners and snacks in the office to keep you at your best.
- Growth opportunities in a fast-paced, innovative tech startup.
- $100,000-$170,000 depending on experience + Equity + Benefits. OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
