Canada's tri-agency Canada Graduate Research Scholarship—Master’s competition is open for research-oriented graduate study at eligible Canadian institutions.

The CGRS M provides CAD 27,000 for 12 months and supports eligible research-oriented master's programs and certain eligible doctoral pathways. Applications may be submitted to up to three eligible Canadian institutions through the federal Research Portal.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents or protected persons by the application deadline; be registered in, have applied to or plan to apply to an eligible research-oriented graduate program at a Canadian institution with a CGRS M allocation; meet the program's limits on months of graduate study; and satisfy the academic and prior-award restrictions stated by the tri-agency program.
