Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic capture plan for X-BAT for USG land forces. Drive teams toward multi-year strategic Army program wins. Build and maintain trusted relationships across key Army stakeholders and influencers, focused on Aviation, Fires, and Intel communities. Anticipate customer needs and influence policy, requirements, and solicitations to positively align with Shield AI portfolios.
10+ years strategic capture / Army policy development experience Deep knowledge of Army requirement and/or acquisition processes Experience with emerging technologies Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to cross-collaborate across technical and operational teams Active Secret clearance (TS preferred)
Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field Army program capture within previous 5 years
