Oversee additional early childhood projects and federally funded initiatives, adapting project coordination and implementation activities to each program’s objectives. Bring together subject matter experts, external partners, and stakeholder groups to advance shared priorities and strengthen early childhood systems. Track program budgets, monitor project progress, and support effective resource management and accountability. Apply project and change management practices to help coordinate implementation, resolve challenges, and keep initiatives aligned with their intended outcomes. Work under the general direction of the Policy and Planning Director and contribute to effective planning, communication, and reporting across relevant programs. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree and at least four years of professional experience working with state or human services programs; or an associate’s degree and at least six years of relevant professional experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and at least eight years of relevant professional experience. Experience managing grants, with a preference for experience preparing and submitting reports for federally funded programs. Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple activities, stakeholders, and deadlines. Experience with change management and supporting the implementation of new programs, processes, or systems. Experience managing and tracking program budgets, monitoring expenditures, and supporting responsible use of funding. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across organizations and institutions. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage reporting requirements and competing priorities. A collaborative, adaptable approach to working with diverse partners and stakeholders. Willingness to complete the background checks applicable to the position, which may include criminal record, motor vehicle, and adult and child abuse registry checks.
