About The Role
Are you looking for a customer-centric role where analysis, problem-solving, and international collaboration go hand in hand? SEB Kort, a fully owned subsidiary of SEB, provides payment and financing solutions and related services to consumers and corporates in the Nordics and Europe. SEB Kort has around 1 300 employees and our operations are located in both the Nordic region and Europe. SEB Kort is now looking for a Chargeback Officer to join our Dispute Operations team. As a Chargeback Officer, you will investigate and manage disputes and fraud related card transactions, ensuring that cases are handled accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with card scheme regulations, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. As part of the process, you will review and assess information exchanged between customers, merchants, acquiring banks and card schemes. The role offers a unique opportunity to work in an international environment where collaboration across borders is part of everyday business. You will contribute to delivering a high-quality customer experience while protecting both customer and company interests through investigation and professional case handling. As the payments landscape continues to evolve, you will also have the opportunity to participate in process improvements, automation initiatives, and the implementation of new solutions that enhance our dispute handling capabilities. To Thrive In This Role, We Believe You Have:

Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

German and/or French language skills are highly valued

Strong computer skills and experience working with MS Office and multiple business systems simultaneously.

The ability to quickly navigate between different systems and manage several tasks in parallel while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

A collaborative mindset and a team-player attitude, with the ability to build positive relationships across teams and markets.

An open and positive approach to change, with a willingness to embrace new ways of working and contribute to continuous improvement.

A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law or other related field is considered a plus.

Previous experience in banking, card services, disputes or chargebacks, combined with an understanding of card scheme rules and regulatory requirements, is highly valued.
