Chevening Scholarships are the UK Government's fully funded international master's awards. Standard support includes university tuition fees, a monthly stipend, travel costs to and from the UK, an arrival allowance, a homeward departure allowance, the cost of one visa application, and a travel grant for Chevening events in the UK. Applicants choose three different eligible UK master's courses and must secure at least one unconditional offer by the programme's later offer deadline.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be citizens of a Chevening-eligible country or territory and apply for the Solomon Islands award, commit to returning to their country of award for at least two years after the scholarship, have at least 2,800 hours of work experience acquired after completing their undergraduate degree, hold an undergraduate degree that qualifies them for a UK master's programme, and apply to three different eligible UK university courses.
