Uni-CV says the Ambassador of China Scholarship will select 14 students from its Praia, Mindelo, Assomada and CRI Fogo-Brava campuses. Selection weights the China-Cabo Verde Friendship video at 50%, academic performance at 40% and family economic circumstances at 10%. Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be regularly enrolled Uni-CV students, have no disciplinary record, show good academic performance, meet the competition's economic and other stated criteria, and must not have benefited from a scholarship to attend a training programme during the previous three years. Applicants also submit an original 30-60 second video in Portuguese or Chinese on the theme China-Cabo Verde Friendship.
