Full job description
The officer handles calls from users and agents affected by fraud or commission cuts, identifies feedback patterns, escalates major issues and supports fraud communications and team training.
Requirements & qualifications
At least 1 year of customer-support/call-center experience, mainly back office; at least a two-year undergraduate diploma; professional or native English and French; local language and IT background are advantages; Côte d'Ivoire work authorization required.
