Analyze information and trends from standard reports and communicate relevant findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and Partners. Develop best practices for data management, data integrity, information organization, and client-information oversight. Create and implement initiatives designed to maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized client information. Maintain subject matter expertise across multiple major client accounts and serve as a trusted resource for their operational and service needs. Assist attorneys in developing training materials for client presentations and participate in presentations when appropriate. Contribute to additional operational, client-service, and process-improvement initiatives as required. Requirements: Hold a bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background. Have 5–7 years of professional experience in business immigration. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when managing client information, documentation, and processes. Possess strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams. Demonstrate strong organizational, process-management, analytical, and computer skills. Have experience working with CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred. Be comfortable analyzing data, identifying trends and process gaps, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
